Meet your counselor

Hi, I’m Jewel.
I’m glad you’re here.

Jewel Thomas-Grant, MA, LPC-S, NCC

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t have to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is to offer a welcoming space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what matters to you without judgment.

Since graduating in 2006, I’ve spent 20 years supporting individuals and families through emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life’s changes. I bring that experience to our work together while taking time to understand your story, your strengths, and what you hope will be different.

In our sessions, we’ll talk through what you’re facing and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. We’ll work together at a pace that respects your comfort, culture, and values. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationships, I’d welcome the opportunity to help you take the next step.
